This course is for anyone who had a c-section. It's both for those struggling with their recovery and experiencing discomfort regardless of how many weeks, months or years have passed since your c-section as well as for those looking for more comprehensive information and support around their postpartum recovery. This course was created to:

  • give you the information you're not getting from your doctors about how to support your body as it heals through the early recovery weeks.

  • help you manage c-section scar pain and sensitivity by improving flexibility, mobility and strength around your scar, no matter how long it has been since your c-section.

  • guide you through an intentional, graded return to exercise and movement to help you move more confidently in your day to day life and workouts.

  • help you back to feeling confident in and trusting your body, whether you plan on future pregnancies or not.

Start by diving into what a c-section is, why some folks develop lasting pain and discomfort around their scar and pelvis for months or even years postpartum, and then be led through a weekly progression of movement and progressive scar massage techniques to reduce sensitivity, flexibility and strength around your scar.
