The purpose of any mobility exercise is to nudge your body in ways it doesn't typically move while simultaneously introducing more space into your joints and flexibility into your muscles. We recommend starting a daily mobility flow in the third trimester of pregnancy to get your body and baby ready for birth. Repetition is key, and the more often you do these, the better they should feel!
