Allie (she/her) is a passionate advocate for better care for people in their reproductive years and beyond. She wears many hats as the Director of Operations for Lady Bird PT and loves helping patients at the front desk while also keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Allie kicked off her career working in account management with top leaders at Fortune 500 companies, but her heart was never in it and when she and her husband moved to Austin from Chicago, she knew she was ready for a change. After suffering repeat tailbone injuries during the births of both her kids, she became a patient at Lady Bird and then jumped at the chance to work there soon after. She is so proud to be part of a small, woman-run business that truly makes a difference in people’s health and empowers folks to live their best lives. Allie has a warm and friendly nature and she aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for all people when they come to the clinic.

Outside of the office, Allie loves to eat second breakfast, read, take walks in her neighborhood, and craft things. She is a certified beverage goblin and if there are ever fewer than three drinks on her desk, check in on her to make she’s ok. She lives in South Austin with her husband, two kiddos, and frequent Floofs of the Month: Audrey the dog and Merlin the cat.
