Join us for our Spring Movement Series!

Gain confidence in your body at any fitness level while getting in some movement all season long!

We’re bringing you a new workout series designed to support pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor health. Led by Dr. Jessica, pelvic floor physical therapist and Clinic Director at Lady Bird PT, these sessions are welcoming, evidence-based, and full of feel-good movement for every body.
