Baby Steps Prenatal Fitness
A 6-week no B.S. prenatal fitness program brought to you by Dr. Rebecca Maidansky, a pelvic floor physical therapist specializing in pregnancy and postpartum, and Courtney Durando, a prenatal and postpartum personal trainer and fitness specialist.
Designed with total body strength in mind, we created Baby Steps Prenatal Fitness with the goal of keeping you pain-free and active while strengthening and supporting your growing belly without stressing your pelvic floor.
This program is meant to be modified to fit your needs, fitness goals, growing belly, and fluctuating energy levels. We’ve created 6 weeks of movements and progressions, meant to be cycled through two times throughout each trimester. Each week has five movements, creating a full body workout. eBook contains descriptions of each exercise along with links to video tutorials for each.
All you’ll need is a yoga mat, exercise bands, and light dumbbells.
